Recruitment stages
Phone Interview
Your CV will be relayed to the recruiters for evaluation. If you are found suitable for one of thr available positions, we will contact you by phone. We will describe the available position, explain the recruitment process, ask you some background questions, and, for certain, positions, carry out a professional evaluation.
Suitability Tests
At this stage, we will ask you to carry personality screening tests. These test enable us to assess your personality traits and strengths.
Professional Evaluation
Meeting with the recruiter and/or a professional representative to get to know you and tell you about the organization and the position in order to assess your professional potential and suitability for the work environment. For some of the positions, there will be professional screening tests.
Security Clearance
All candidates for recruitment to the Mossad are required to undergo a security clearance as precondition for being appointed to the position. The security clearance is subject to the General Security Service law of 2002.
